About Team
We believe therapy should feel human—thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in real tools that work.
Our team brings decades of experience across specialties, but more importantly, we bring care, curiosity, and a deep respect for the people we work with. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity questions, parenting challenges, or just feeling stuck, we’re here to help you move forward with clarity and support. We offer therapy for adults, children, and teens that’s warm, direct, and tailored to your unique story.
