If you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling with anxiety, or facing challenges that seem hard to navigate on your own, therapy might be exactly what you need. But it’s not just about being in crisis—therapy can also help when you feel stuck, unsure of yourself, or simply want a space to talk things through with someone who understands. Sometimes it’s hard to know if therapy is the right fit, especially if you’ve never tried it before. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute consultation, where we can talk through what’s been going on for you and explore whether this would be a good fit.

We offer a free 20-minute phone consultation, during which we will discuss what brings you to therapy and how we can help. Please send us an email through the Contact page. If we decide to work together, we will begin weekly sessions as soon as scheduling allows. The first two sessions include a clinical interview, discussion of current issues, and treatment plan. Beginning with the third session, we will provide psychoeducation about symptoms, and treatment will begin.

We also offer guidance on how to communicate with your child about starting therapy before their first session.
