Treatments Offered
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT focuses on noticing patterns in your thinking that may be fueling anxiety, stress, or self-doubt. We use it to work on things like managing worry, breaking cycles of overthinking, building confidence, and responding to challenges in ways that feel more grounded and effective.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT is especially helpful if your emotions feel intense or hard to manage, or if stress and conflict tend to spill over into your relationships. We use DBT skills to work on staying present, regulating emotions, setting boundaries, communicating more effectively, and getting through difficult moments without making things worse.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
ACT is helpful when you feel stuck in your head or exhausted from trying to control how you feel. The focus is on stepping back from unhelpful thoughts and making choices based on what matters to you, even when anxiety or self-doubt are still present.
Exposure and Response Prevention
ERP is the treatment of choice for OCD, especially when fears or worries start to take over your day. It helps you gradually face feared thoughts or situations in a safe, supportive way, reducing compulsions and avoidance so you can feel more in control—even when anxiety is still present.
Executive Functioning Coaching
Keeping track of tasks, managing time, and getting started can feel impossible—especially when avoidance or emotional procrastination takes over. The focus is on building systems and strategies that fit how your brain works, so you can follow through and feel more in control—even when distraction or overwhelm are still there.
Parent Skills-Based Coaching
Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when your child struggles with anxiety, strong emotions, or challenging behaviors. The focus is on using practical, research-backed strategies to build connection, set clear limits, and help your child grow emotionally—while giving you more confidence and calm in the process.
Trauma-Focused Treatment
If you’ve experienced trauma, including Complex PTSD, therapy provides a safe and supportive space to process your experiences. We use evidence-based skills from trauma-focused CBT, DBT, and grounding techniques to manage intense emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build a sense of safety and agency while working through difficult memories.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling can be helpful when you and your partner feel stuck in conflict or patterns that keep repeating. Using techniques from Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and CBT, we focus on strengthening your connection and improving communication so you can navigate challenges together, even when emotions run high.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy helps you understand how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence your current thoughts, emotions, and relationships. By exploring these patterns in a safe, structured setting, you can gain insight, develop self-awareness, and make more intentional choices in your daily life.
