Reproductive & Hormonal Health

Mental health is closely tied to our bodies, hormones, and unique life experiences. Whether you’re curious if you’re experiencing PMDD blues, postpartum anxiety, mood shifts related to birth control, or stress or grief related to your pregnancy journey, we’re here to help you find balance, clarity, and support.

Each therapist has received specialized training in hormonal and reproductive health, and we are all currently in the process of earning Perinatal Mental Health Certifications (PMH-C). Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), we’ll help you manage mood changes, stress, and negative thought patterns, equipping you with practical tools for emotional balance. We also emphasize holistic care coordination, working closely with your healthcare providers—whether that’s your OB-GYN, endocrinologist, psychiatrist, or others—to ensure that every aspect of your well-being is aligned.

Our Approach

  • We combine CBT and DBT with Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and trauma-informed care, to help you manage mood changes, stress, and negative thought patterns.

  • We collaborate directly with your medical team—whether that’s an OB-GYN, endocrinologist, psychiatrist, or other healthcare providers—to make sure your care is aligned and comprehensive.

  • Our practice is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about your experiences, without fear of being judged or misunderstood.
