ADHD, Autism & Neurodivergence
ADHD and autism can affect much more than attention or social skills. You might know exactly what you need to do but have trouble getting started, lose track of time or conversations, feel overwhelmed by everyday tasks, have difficulty shifting gears, or find that managing school, work, relationships, and basic life logistics takes far more effort than it seems to for everyone else.
We work with children, teens, and adults with ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, and other forms of neurodivergence, including people diagnosed in childhood and those making sense of these patterns later in life.
Therapy is both practical and individualized. We might work on task initiation, planning, organization, time management, emotional regulation, sensory needs, communication, or executive functioning systems that fit the way you operate. We also make room for the bigger picture—self-esteem, relationships, masking, identity, and the impact of spending years feeling like you should simply be trying harder.
