We’re currently completing specialized perinatal mental health certifications to better support you through the emotional ups and downs of hormonal changes, birth control, pregnancy, and postpartum. Combining CBT with Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and trauma-informed care, we help you gently manage mood swings, anxiety, and depression and work towards emotional balance and meaningful connection.
